We have a number of packages to suit all society groups of up to 120 people. We are able to help you find the perfect package at the most competative prices. If we do not have what you are looking for, we can tailor a package to suit all your needs.

Bronze
Coffee and Bacon Rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf £25.00 per person
Silver
Coffee and Bacon Rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf followed by a one-course light lunch £30.00 per person
Gold
Coffee and Bacon Rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf followed by a three-course Carvery Dinner with coffee £40.00 per person
Platinum
Coffee and Bacon Rolls on arrival, 9 holes of golf, one-course light lunch, 18 holes in the afternoon followed by a three-course evening meal with coffee. £55.00 per person
Add an additional 9 holes to any of the above packages for only £10.00 per person.
Upgrade to a Full English Breakfast for only £3.00 per person.

Golf Event Bookings - Terms and Conditions
All Bookings are made on the following understanding
1 Confirmation of Booking
1.1 All bookings will remain provisional until confirmed to the Company with a signed booking form and £100.00 non refundable deposit ( see note 4)
1.2 The client is responsible for checking the accuracy of any information contained in the booking form and making necessary corrections. The Company accepts no responsibility for errors made once the booking form has been signed.
1.3 Final numbers must be notiified in writing, fax or email not less than 5 working days (Monday - Friday) prior to the event and these will be the numbers charged for. Where no notification is received, charges will be based on the most recent numbers notiified.
2 Weather Conditions
The Company cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions prevailing and no refunds will be made in the rare event of the course being closed. Cancellation made by the Client due to weather will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
3 Number of Participants
Each proposal is based upon a minimum number of participants (12) and this hhas been used in apportioning costs incurred. If the numbers attending falls below the minimum specified (12) then a re-costing will be submitted.
4 Pre-Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 should be submitted by the Client to the Company within seven days of the origional enquiry to secure the booking.
5 Value Added Tax
VAT at the current rate is included in all declared prices unless otherwise stated.
6 Payment
Payment for all services should be made on the day of the event unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing - in which case payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice. Interest on late payments at Stering Bank Rate + 4% will be added to outstanding accounts. Payments by cheque are not accepted unless by prior arrangement.
7 Cancellation
The Company operates a cancellation policy. Full details are available upon request.
