Chef de Partie
The Terrace Restaurant at Overstone Park requires a skilled qualified Chef de Partie. Using fresh produce, duties include the preparation of Breakfast, Short Order Bar Meals, Brasserie Style Restaurant Menus and Banqueting for special events including Weddings and Golfing parties.
As part of a team of five, the average number of hours 30 - 35 hours over five days including weekends. Must have the ability to work unsupervised during periods when working single handed. Shift pattens 6.30am - 10.30pm, includes straight and split shifts and due to the nature of the shifts, own transport is essential.
Rate of pay £6.50 per hour
