Please find below an explanation of all the classes we currently have to offer:

Spin - A complete cardiovascular workout on a specifically designed exercise bike.  Using various resistance levels, speeds and riding positions to increase the heart rate and improve your aerobic fitness levels.

Circuit - A challenging combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises, utilising spin cycles, free weights and various aerobic formats.

Gentle Circuit - A Circuit class taught at a slower pace, ideal for senior members or first time exercisers.

Tri Max - A combination of running, spin cycling and circuit routines to give you a complete cardiovascular and resistance workout.

Body Step - A pre-choreographed, energetic cardiovascular and lower body toning workout. Simple and easy to follow moves combined with high energy levels!

Body Pump - A pre-choreographed resistance class using barbells and adjustable weights. A complete body conditioning workout to improve strength and endurance levels.

Body Conditioning - A low impact toning class using various resistance exercises to tone and condition the whole body

Bums & Tums - A low impact conditioning class to specifically tone those legs, thighs, bottom & abdominals.

Yoga -A class containing physical poses that help to strengthen stretch and balance each body part. Calms the mind, body and spirit, leaving you totally rejuvenated.

Pilates - A conditioning class concentrating on toning & lengthening muscles without adding bulk. Includes lots of core strengthening exercises.

Body Balance - A pre-choreographed holistic routine that combines the principles of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates. Includes controlled breathing, concentration and a series of stretches to leave you completely relaxed.

Back to Strength - A class to specifically improve core stability and strengthen those lower back muscles

Aqua Fit - An aerobic and toning workout in the pool, using specific aqua movements and equipment. A great workout with minimal risk to joints.

Aqua Circuit - A circuit class in the pool, utilising specific aqua weights and floats.
