Following the Governments announcement on Saturday 31st October, Overstone Park temporarily closed our golf course, leisure facilities and clubhouse on Thursday 5th November.
All memberships and direct debit payments will automatically be suspended for the duration of the closure.
We regret that it was not possible to suspend direct debit fees which were due on the 1st November, however members will be reimbursed with one complimentary month upon return.
Please do not cancel your direct debit agreement.
Members who have paid in full will be rebated in the form of a membership extension equivalent to the closure period when we re-open.
We will be sending regular email updates to our members, plus updating our Facebook page with relevant information as and when the situation changes.
We would like to thank all members for their continued support and wish everyone the best of health through this difficult time and look forward to welcoming you back when safe to do so.
