Josh Weight

Fitness Advisor & Personal Trainer

Josh started his fitness journey when he was studying for his GCSE’s, proving that there is no excuse to not go to the gym even at the most stressful of times. after successfully completing his apprenticeship in fitness instructing and personal training, Josh has now joined the team at Overstone parks looking to further his career in the fitness industry.

Josh’s passion falls under football and cycling. after many years of playing football competitively, he went on to qualify as a spin instructor. josh now enjoys improving his own physio as well as helping others improve theirs.

Wendy Primhak

Fitness Advisor & Personal Trainer

Wendy has worked at Overstone park resort for over 20 years. being a more mature member of staff, Wendy is ideally placed to work with the more mature members.

Wendy is also the host of our outdoor pilates group, as well as a number of other fitness sessions that take place throughout the week at Overstone park resort.

Claire Dunmore

Fitness Advisor & Personal Trainer

Claire is the newest member of the Overstone Park Resort fitness team, bringing an enthusiastic and approachable attitude, along with her previous experience as a fitness and aqua instructor and weight management coordinator.

Claire enjoys a range of activities from road running water-based activities and weight training, offering members and enjoyable yet effective programme to meet any needs. She can be seen frequently on the gym floor, providing a welcoming service to all members as well as teaching various classes.

Reece Jones

Fitness Advisor & Personal Trainer

Reece has been a personal trainer for over 5 years and has extensive knowledge within, weight loss, advanced resistance training and nutrition. He holds a Diploma in personal training. Reece is an extremely motivated trainer and very passionate about his job. He understands the needs of his clients and what it takes to get them to achieve there goals.

Reece comes from a sporting background and this high drive for success filters down to motivate his clients who want to reach there goals. Whether it be to drop a dress size or increase performance.

Natasha Taylor

Personal Trainer

Natasha has participated in a range of sports, from gymnastics to judo, and now she has turned her attention to weight training and HIIT. natasha uses a variety of training styles with her clients to achieve and surpass their goals.

Natasha loves getting people into fitness and is a great believer in that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to be fit and healthy.
