Josh started his fitness journey when he was studying for his GCSE’s, proving that there is no excuse to not go to the gym even at the most stressful of times. after successfully completing his apprenticeship in fitness instructing and personal training, Josh has now joined the team at Overstone parks looking to further his career in the fitness industry.
Josh’s passion falls under football and cycling. after many years of playing football competitively, he went on to qualify as a spin instructor. josh now enjoys improving his own physio as well as helping others improve theirs.
